Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 3, 2026

Welcome to Frontier Exchange Co. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Frontier Exchange Co. Shopify-powered online store, including the information, content, features, tools, products, and services available through this website (collectively, the “Services”).

Throughout these Terms, “Frontier Exchange Co.,” “Frontier,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Frontier Exchange Co. “You” and “your” refer to the visitor, customer, purchaser, or other user of the Services.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and Services to you.

By visiting our website, using the Services, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

1. About Frontier Exchange Co.

Frontier Exchange Co. is a Texas-based business offering retail products, digital resources, educational opportunities, mentorship, markets, events, event-planning services, and related experiences.

Our business includes three primary areas:

Shop — apparel, accessories, gifts, merchandise, and other products.

Learn — digital downloads, resources, courses, educational offerings, and mentorship.

Events — markets, community gatherings, themed experiences, event planning, and related event services.

Our broader brand philosophy is reflected in Shop. Learn. Gather.

Different Frontier offerings may be purchased, registered for, scheduled, or delivered through different websites and third-party platforms. Additional terms may therefore apply depending on the particular product or service.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms primarily govern the Frontier Exchange Co. Shopify store and purchases made through it.

Certain Frontier offerings are available through other platforms.

Frontier Exchange Co. Learn: Digital downloads, resources, courses, mentorship, and related educational offerings may be provided through our Stan Store or another designated platform.

Frontier Exchange Co. Learn

Learn offerings may be subject to additional terms, program descriptions, licensing provisions, cancellation policies, refund policies, scheduling requirements, or agreements presented at purchase or enrollment.

Frontier Exchange Co. Events: Event information, tickets, registrations, vendor opportunities, sponsorships, and event-planning services may be offered through our main website or through designated registration, ticketing, form, payment, venue, or other third-party platforms.

Events may be subject to separate ticket terms, vendor agreements, sponsorship agreements, event rules, cancellation policies, waivers, venue requirements, or other event-specific terms.

When offering-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms govern the applicable offering to the extent of the conflict.

3. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

If you permit a minor dependent to use a device or account through which the Services are accessed, you are responsible for supervising that use as required by applicable law.

You may not use our Services for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. Customer Accounts

Certain features may permit or require you to establish a customer account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when creating an account or completing a transaction.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

5. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display products offered through the Shop.

Product photographs, digital mockups, colors, dimensions, measurements, sizing information, materials, and other representations are provided to help you evaluate products.

Actual products may vary reasonably because of:

  • Screen and display differences;
  • Garment manufacturing;
  • Materials;
  • Printing or embroidery processes;
  • Product sourcing;
  • Production methods; or
  • Other reasonable manufacturing variations.

Minor variations do not necessarily constitute defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and product variations, subject to existing orders and applicable law.

6. Print-on-Demand and Made-to-Order Products

Certain Frontier Exchange Co. products are produced specifically after an order is placed.

Print-on-demand or made-to-order merchandise may be manufactured, printed, packaged, and shipped by third-party production and fulfillment partners.

As a result:

  • Production occurs before carrier transit begins;
  • Fulfillment times may vary by product;
  • Different products from one order may arrive separately;
  • Products may ship from different fulfillment locations; and
  • Reasonable production variations may occur.

Print-on-demand and made-to-order products are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Because these products are created specifically in response to an order, they are generally not returnable solely because of buyer's remorse, change of mind, fit preference, or an incorrect size, color, or variation selected by the customer.

Damaged, defective, materially misprinted, or incorrect merchandise remains subject to the remedies described in our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

7. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have finally accepted or fulfilled the order.

Subject to applicable law, we may refuse, limit, verify, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
  • Payment-processing problems;
  • Incorrect pricing or product information;
  • Inventory or production limitations;
  • Inability to fulfill an item;
  • Suspected abusive purchasing activity;
  • Violation of these Terms; or
  • Other circumstances preventing lawful or reasonable fulfillment.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.

8. Billing and Payment Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and payment information.

Payments may be processed through Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, card networks, financial institutions, or other payment providers offered at checkout.

Your use of a third-party payment service may also be governed by that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.

Frontier Exchange Co. generally does not directly receive or store complete payment-card credentials processed by our payment providers.

9. Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

We may change prices for products that have not yet been purchased.

Applicable shipping, taxes, discounts, and other charges will be displayed during checkout where appropriate.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and address affected orders as permitted by applicable law.

10. Sales Tax

Applicable sales and use taxes may be calculated based on factors including:

  • Product type;
  • Delivery destination;
  • Applicable state and local tax rules; and
  • Jurisdictions in which Frontier Exchange Co. has an obligation to collect tax.

Taxes collected at checkout may therefore vary by customer, product, and destination.

Customers remain responsible for applicable taxes that Frontier is not legally required to collect, where required by law.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, fulfillment, estimated delivery periods, multiple shipments, lost packages, address errors, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Shipping or delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

We will comply with applicable requirements governing shipment representations, delays, cancellation options, and refunds.

12. Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged products, defective products, order cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Our current general policy provides a 30-day return period for eligible regular merchandise, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Print-on-demand and made-to-order merchandise is generally not returnable for buyer's remorse, change of mind, fit preference, or customer selection errors.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

13. Digital Products

Frontier Exchange Co. may offer digital downloads, templates, guides, workbooks, educational resources, files, or other digital products through Shopify, Frontier Exchange Co. Learn, or another designated platform.

Unless a product expressly states otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal or otherwise expressly authorized use.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Unless expressly permitted by the applicable product license, you may not:

  • Resell the digital product;
  • Redistribute it;
  • Share purchased files publicly or with unauthorized users;
  • Upload it to a file-sharing service;
  • Sublicense it;
  • Claim it as your own original work;
  • Repackage it for resale;
  • Reproduce it for unauthorized commercial distribution; or
  • Use it to create a substantially identical competing product.

Product-specific licensing terms control where they differ from these general provisions.

14. Frontier Exchange Co. Learn

Frontier Exchange Co. Learn includes digital resources, courses, educational materials, mentorship opportunities, and related offerings.

Learn is intended to provide practical educational information, resources, and guidance.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Frontier course or educational offering does not confer an accredited degree, professional certification, occupational license, regulatory qualification, or other formal credential.

Learn offerings may be subject to separate:

  • Program terms;
  • Licensing provisions;
  • Scheduling policies;
  • Cancellation or rescheduling requirements;
  • Refund terms;
  • Access periods; or
  • Participation agreements.

Those specific terms govern the applicable Learn offering when they differ from these general Terms.

15. Mentorship

Frontier Exchange Co. may offer mentorship and related educational guidance.

The scope, duration, format, availability, and deliverables of a mentorship offering will be described in the applicable listing, enrollment information, or agreement.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Frontier mentorship is educational and informational in nature.

It does not establish an attorney-client, accountant-client, investment adviser-client, therapist-client, employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or other regulated professional relationship.

Mentorship participants remain responsible for their own decisions and for obtaining appropriate licensed professional advice when needed.

Frontier Exchange Co. does not guarantee particular revenue, sales, profitability, business growth, market attendance, social-media performance, or other results from mentorship.

16. Events, Markets, and Event Planning

Frontier Exchange Co. plans, coordinates, hosts, and participates in markets, community gatherings, themed experiences, private or special events, and other event-related activities.

Event-related transactions may include:

  • Tickets;
  • Registrations;
  • Vendor spaces or fees;
  • Sponsorships;
  • Event-planning services;
  • Event-related merchandise; and
  • Other event participation.

Event-specific terms may address admission, cancellations, transfers, refunds, weather, rescheduling, venue requirements, vendor obligations, sponsorship benefits, setup and breakdown, photography, conduct, safety, force majeure, and other event-specific matters.

Those terms govern the applicable event transaction.

Purchasing merchandise from the Frontier Exchange Co. Shopify store does not automatically provide admission to an event, vendor status, sponsorship benefits, or event-planning services unless the applicable listing expressly states otherwise.

Likewise, purchasing an event ticket, vendor space, sponsorship, or event service does not automatically include Shopify merchandise unless expressly stated.

17. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to any terms communicated with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions:

  • May have expiration dates;
  • May exclude certain products;
  • May not be combined with other offers;
  • Have no cash value; and
  • Cannot generally be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

We may refuse or cancel promotional benefits obtained through fraud, technical manipulation, unauthorized distribution, or abuse, subject to applicable law.

18. Gift Cards and Store Credit

If Frontier Exchange Co. offers gift cards or store credit, their use will be governed by the terms provided when issued and applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Shopify Shop gift card or store credit may be redeemable only through the applicable Frontier Shopify storefront.

It may not be redeemable through Frontier Exchange Co. Learn, event ticketing platforms, venues, third-party checkout systems, or other Frontier sales channels.

19. Reviews, Feedback, and Customer Submissions

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, suggestion, testimonial, or other material to Frontier Exchange Co., you represent that you have the right to submit it and that doing so does not violate another person's rights.

You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.

Where you separately authorize Frontier to use customer-generated content for marketing or promotional purposes, our use will be subject to that authorization and applicable law.

20. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Frontier Exchange Co.'s original website content, written materials, graphics, branding, logos, product designs, photographs, digital resources, course materials, and other original materials are owned by Frontier Exchange Co. or used under appropriate authorization.

Your use of our Services does not transfer ownership of Frontier intellectual property to you.

Except as permitted by law or an applicable license, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or commercially exploit Frontier's protected content without authorization.

Third-party trademarks, artwork, characters, titles, brands, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

21. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services:

  • For unlawful purposes;
  • To solicit or participate in unlawful acts;
  • To violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • To infringe intellectual-property rights;
  • To submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information;
  • To introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology;
  • To collect or track another person's personal information unlawfully;
  • To spam, phish, scrape, crawl, or interfere with the Services in an unauthorized manner;
  • To circumvent security features;
  • To attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems; or
  • To otherwise materially interfere with the operation or security of the Services.

We may restrict access to the Services when reasonably necessary to address prohibited conduct, subject to applicable law.

22. Third-Party Services and Websites

Frontier Exchange Co. uses and links to third-party services in operating our business.

These may include Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, manufacturers, shipping carriers, Stan, form providers, ticketing systems, venues, social-media platforms, and other service providers.

When you leave a Frontier-controlled website or independently interact with a third-party service, that provider's own terms and privacy practices may apply.

A link or integration does not necessarily mean Frontier owns, controls, or endorses all content or practices of the third party.

23. Privacy

Our collection, use, processing, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Privacy Policy includes additional information concerning Shopify, print-on-demand fulfillment, Frontier Exchange Co. Learn, Events, third-party platforms, privacy rights, and customer choices.

24. Accuracy and Availability of Information

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website information, but typographical errors, technical errors, omissions, outdated information, or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

We may correct or update information as appropriate and permitted by applicable law.

Products, sizes, colors, designs, digital resources, courses, mentorship availability, event opportunities, and other offerings may be limited, modified, or discontinued.

Nothing in this section permits deceptive practices or eliminates obligations concerning completed transactions.

25. No Guaranteed Results

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, Frontier Exchange Co. does not promise any particular financial, commercial, educational, business, attendance, marketing, personal, or other outcome from using our products, digital resources, courses, mentorship, events, or services.

Customer testimonials, examples, case studies, or experiences describe individual circumstances and do not guarantee that another customer will obtain the same result.

26. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that access to the website will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, statutory protection, or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to disclaim.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Frontier Exchange Co. and its owners, representatives, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

28. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frontier Exchange Co. and its owners, representatives, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from:

  • Your unlawful misuse of the Services;
  • Your material violation of these Terms; or
  • Your infringement of another person's rights.

29. Force Majeure

Frontier Exchange Co. will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, utility failures, internet or platform outages, carrier disruptions, labor disruptions, supply-chain interruptions, governmental actions, emergencies, venue closures, or similar circumstances.

This provision does not eliminate any cancellation, refund, delivery, or other consumer right required by applicable law.

30. Electronic Communications

By interacting with Frontier Exchange Co. electronically, you agree that we may provide transactional communications electronically where legally permitted.

These communications may include:

  • Order confirmations;
  • Receipts;
  • Shipping notifications;
  • Account notices;
  • Return or refund communications;
  • Program information;
  • Event communications; and
  • Customer-support responses.

Marketing communications are separately subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

31. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or mandatory laws of another jurisdiction control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Frontier Exchange Co. Shopify Services will be brought in an appropriate court having jurisdiction in Lubbock County, Texas.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

32. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible or severed as appropriate.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

33. No Waiver

Frontier Exchange Co.'s failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.

34. Entire Agreement and Related Policies

These Terms, together with applicable product descriptions, checkout disclosures, offering-specific agreements, and incorporated policies, constitute the terms applicable to your use of the Frontier Exchange Co. Shopify store.

The following Frontier policies are incorporated by reference where applicable:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Return and Refund Policy
  • Shipping Policy
  • Contact Information
  • Legal Notice
  • Applicable digital-product licensing terms
  • Applicable Learn/course/mentorship terms
  • Applicable event terms
  • Applicable vendor agreements
  • Applicable sponsorship agreements

When an offering-specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific agreement controls with respect to that offering.

35. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, technologies, policies, or legal requirements.

The current version will be posted on this website with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Changes will apply prospectively except where otherwise permitted or required by law.
